The UN Security Council has been debating the situation facing Somalia and Libya, two countries on the front lines of Africa’s war on terror. Elections are just weeks away in Somalia but the African Union mission AMISOM seems to be running out of steam in its fight against al-Shabaab. In Libya, ISIL may be losing ground, but it’s still a potent force. CCTV’s Lorna Shaddick brings us the latest.
