JUBA (HAN) February 2, 2016 – Public Diplomacy and Regional Stability Initiatives News. South Sudan was high on the agenda for the African Union this past weekend. Leaders were told the peace process is stalled. While The East African regional block, IGAD, urged President Salva Kiir to suspend his plan to create 28 new states, the leaders backed away from pushing sanctions for either party in the conflict.
