The death toll from twin blasts in Mogadishu has risen to at least 13. Seven UN guards are among the dead. Two car bombs went off near the airport earlier on Tuesday, one at a checkpoint leading to an African Union base. The second hit the airport’s perimeter wall. Al-Shabaab militants have claimed responsibility.
