ALGIERS (HAN) June 13.2016. Public Diplomacy & Regional Security News. The minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Ramtane Lamamra received Saturday, in Algiers, the Special Envoy of the Eritrean President, Mohamed Omar Mahmoud.
Omar Mahmoud was bearer of a message of the Eritrean President to the President of the Republic, Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
“Relations between Algeria and Eritrea are good, constant and we will further develop them,” he told the press on the sidelines of this audience.
