Kenya: Turkish Firm invested $4.2B Housing Deal

 

Nairobi (HAN) August 21.2016. Public Diplomacy & Regional Security News. Turkish Infrastructure Investment. A Turkish construction firm is to build more than 2,000 low-cost houses in Nairobi area, Kenya, the deal valued at 4.2 billion.

Vefa Holdings is set to draw an agreement with Kakamega, Vihiga, Bungoma and Busia counties to build the houses using prefabricated construction materials. The joing housing projects are both public and private investment  benefits in Kenya and the region.
