Kenyan athlete, Abraham Kipton, has won the Lagos City Marathon race with a time of 2 hours, 16 minutes while his compatriot, Kipkemboi Hosea came second. Etiopia’s Dibebe Tolosa finished third in a race that had both local and international athletes participating.
