Ethiopia: WHO Director Tedros Self-Isolated

Addis Ababa (HAN) November 2,  2020. Regional security and Public Diplomacy observations. The World Health Organization chief ato. Tedros Adhanom said today that, My colleagues and I will continue to engage with partners in solidarity to save lives and protect the vulnerable. Together!

The director, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus is an Ethiopian biologist, public health researcher and former minister of Health of Federal Government of Ethiopia, during the TPLF/EPRD leadership.

Tedros added through his twitter platform “I have been identified as a contact of someone who has tested positive for #COVID19,” Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said in a tweet.

“I am well and without symptoms but will self-quarantine over the coming days, in line with @WHO protocols, and work from home,” he added.

Tedros has been at the forefront of the United Nations health agency’s efforts to battle the pandemic.
