Addis Ababa, October 8, 2020 –Ethiopia yesterday reported 892 new COVID19 cases out of 8,254 laboratory tests conducted in 24 hours.
This brings the total number of cases in the country to 80, 895.
The country also reported 17 deaths from the virus, taking the death toll to 1,255.
A total of 710 patients have recovered from the virus to bring the total recoveries to 35,670.
The country has so far conducted 1,321,164 laboratory tests.
