Uganda’s farming output, forestry activities fall in third quarter

Uganda’s economy contracted by 1.3 percent in the third quarter of the financial year, ending in June, down from growth of 1.7 percent in the previous quarter. Statistics show that processed output from the farming sector declined, as well as forestry activities.
