Authorities in Somalia say they have hired lawyers for citizens under arrest in India. The Somali nationals are suspected of involvement in piracy. This comes amid reports that some have died in custody over poor conditions. Presently, 1220 suspected pirates are serving jail terms in different prisons across the globe.
