WFP Denies it’s Supplying Food to Somali Militants
The UN’s food agency has dismissed claims that it’s been ferrying food to Somali militants Al Shabab. Kenyan officials detained three trucks belonging to the World Food Programme earlier this week. They claim the aid was headed into the militants’ hands. But WFP says it’s quote, an unfortunate misunderstanding.
