Kenya is recalling its Ambassador to Somalia, Lucas Tumbo, in protest of the February 7 London Somalia oil conference.
Kenya says Somalia “auctioned” oil and gas blocks in Kenya territory.
The report doesn’t say which part of Kenya territory Somalia has allegedly auctioned.
Kenya appears to be conflating two completely different situations – Kenya’s support to Somalia in hosting refugees and deploying troops; and the maritime dispute which is before the ICJ court .
