African Initiative to honor President Al-Bashir today in Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa (HAN) July 29.2016. Public Diplomacy & Regional Security News. Sudanese President Omer Al-Bashir, is expected to arrive today in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where he will be honored at Nelson Mandela Hall in Addis Ababa University by the African Initiative for Pride and Dignity.
President Al-Bashir will be honored in recognition of the great efforts of Sudan in Africa and the outstanding role being played by President Al-Bashir as an African leader who is a pioneer in working for the development and prosperity of African and the unity of its visions.

The African Initiative for Pride and Dignity includes a group of academicians from different African countries and adopting principles that reject the foreign intervention in the African affairs and call for cessation of the modern colonialism targeting to the African leaders.

The initiative has chosen President Al-Bashir to be honored toward communicating a message to the international community on recognition of the African academic society of the role of Sudan President in solving disputes and his continuous endeavors for achieving accord and peace.

The idea of establishing the forum was initiated by a group of activists and researchers for preserving the freedom and dignity of Africa and the African man under the policy of exploiting the international organization for humiliating the freedom of the Africans.

The Dignity and Pride Forum is a partnership between the University of Peace which has branches in a number of African countries, the Peace and Studies on Conflicts at the University of Addis Ababa and the Sudanese Peace and Human Rights Centre.
