Ugandan troops start leaving South Sudan

KAMPALA (HAN) October 19, 2015 – Public Diplomacy and Regional Investment Initiative News. Ugandan soldiers that had been deployed to South Sudan for a peacekeeping mission are due to begin their withdrawal. This is part of the deal struck between the government and the opposition to end the 21-month conflict.
